REFUND POLICY
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us by emailing [email protected] to receive a Returned Material Authorization. We will not process a return without this authorization. Our return policy extends 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund. Returned products must be in the original packaging with no wires cut. Fans and outdoor fixtures cannot be returned once installed. Special Order, Custom Built fixtures, Bulbs, Crystal, Discontinued, and Clearance items are FINAL SALE. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your shipment. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. There are situations in which only partial refunds may be granted. Any item that arrives not in the original condition or packaging, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Signature Lighting’s or the manufacturer error. Exchanges
We offer exchanges on items deemed damaged or defective. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] and instructions will be provided. Return Shipping

The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning their order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the total refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us valued over , we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the carrier.
